The Genesis
The idea for Roosevelt Recruitment arose from our founders’ observation of the challenges faced by Dutch companies, particularly in the IT sector, when it came to hiring new talent. From the time-consuming process of recruitment to the logistical headaches of onboarding and managing employees, the traditional approach was fraught with inefficiencies. We saw an opportunity to streamline this process, making it not only more efficient but also more cost-effective for our clients.
